A former employee of Taco Bell is suing the company after they claim a wild staff Christmas party ended in three-way sex romps and revelers vomiting in the guacamole bowl.

A raunchy Christmas party at a Taco Bell store in the Los Angeles area has led to a lawsuit filed against the fast-food giant and a Colorado-based franchise owner. The plaintiff, Alana Bechiom, a former cashier at the San Pedro, California, location, claims she was compelled to quit her job after reporting a series of disturbing incidents to human resources.

The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, details the events of the Christmas party on December 18 of the previous year. Bechiom, accompanied by her sister and sister's significant other, attended the festivities at the invitation of her supervisor, Lidia Ruiz, who is named in the complaint.

According to the legal documents, seen by the New York Post, employees were encouraged to contribute to a potluck-style buffet, with Bechiom preparing a bowl of guacamole for the occasion. However, upon arriving at the party, Bechiom discovered that Ruiz had covered the restaurant's windows with wrapping paper and obscured the lobby cameras from view.

The complaint alleges that Ruiz provided alcohol to the staff, leading to several individuals being "overserved." Around midnight, Bechiom witnessed a co-worker engaged in explicit acts with his wife in front of the entire party, with additional inappropriate behaviour involving Ruiz and another co-worker.

Shocked and disgusted, Bechiom reportedly ran outside but later returned to find Ruiz and the co-worker in question vomiting inside the restaurant. To her dismay, one of them even vomited into the bowl of guacamole she had prepared for the event.

Days later, Bechiom reported the incident to human resources and Alvarado Restaurant Group, the franchisee operating the San Pedro location. Following an investigation, Ruiz and the other employees involved in the alleged misconduct were terminated.

However, the situation took a dark turn for Bechiom after their termination. The lawsuit claims that someone associated with Ruiz and the terminated co-workers retaliated by vandalising Bechiom's car, smashing its back left window in the middle of the night. Bechiom also received threatening text messages, including insults and a message expressing a desire to harm her.

Despite reporting these incidents to the Los Angeles Police Department and Taco Bell superiors, the lawsuit alleges that the company failed to address the threats adequately. Instead of taking action against the employees who allegedly threatened her, Bechiom claims she was informed of a transfer to a new location.

The complaint contends that Bechiom's constructive termination violated anti-discrimination laws and caused her financial losses. Taco Bell said in an emailed statement to The Mirror: "While we don’t own or manage this location, the franchisee who owns and operates this restaurant has shared that they take these claims very seriously."
